anyway, ghd photography started as a flight of fancy.
I am a wife and mother of two. I have also been a french professor, graphic designer, art teacher, camp counselor, clothing sales associate and hamburger flipper in my life.
I have done many different things, but I have always been drawn to create. I took Art and Art History in college (along with my degree in French). I have thrown pottery; I watercolor, and I sew, among other things. I am going to tackle a quilt one of these days. I like to do it myself.
I love photography as a medium, because it works so seemingly effortlessly. I started, of course, with my kids and have now branched out into all sorts of subjects. Children to landscapes. I don’t do weddings… Birthday parties, yes, weddings, no. Wedding photographers must live off of an adrenaline rush. I like life a little calmer.
